Poorly managed as far as the maintenance department goes in the past 3 years. 0 work/life balance. Not sure if you're going to be working the next day with too many lay offs due to supply issues. Manager doesn't know anything about the industry but talks like he does. Manager tries to fire anyone he's intimidated by or dislikes.
