Working at Autoliv - Operator Autoliv Employee Review

The general attitude among most of the employees is rather negative and rather immature including many members of management. If you're someone who is susceptible to negative attitudes and value mature colleagues and coworkers implementing well thought out and educated decisions in your workplace, Autoliv is not the place for you. Largely, Autoliv implements group think and does not value an insightful and educated decision making process. Also, be prepared to spend much more than a normal 40 hour work week at work.
