No structure, extremely unorganized and opportunistic management - Office Gopher Automann USA Employee Review

No direct supervisors, everyone reports to president and VPs and they contradict each other constantly. There is no structure whatsoever. I never received a review and the company does not have a handbook so policy is made up on the fly to the convenience of management. There is no HR department and there are payroll mistakes all the time. Pay dates change without proper explanation. There isn't enough parking and employees are forced to Tetris themselves into lot based on who needs to leave first. An extremely frustrating place to work with abusive and inappropriate management.
