Pros
The owners are very accessible and approachable to all levels of the organization, which is great for a number of reasons. Decisions can be made quickly. Politics are minimal. Automann is growing quickly and have very open minded ownership, so you can try new things and they'll let you explore as long as you're willing to be accountable for the results and be honest. I grew a lot there and enjoyed the work and the leadership. Good peeps.
Cons
Pace is fast and really only slows down around the holidays, but this is ultimately good as it keeps you busy. The owners are very attached and loyal to their employees so will sometimes move problem people to another role rather than let them go.
