Pros
Most of the office workers are nice. But the few bad apples ruin it all.
Cons
Managements only focus is the money coming in. They creep around the office waiting to catch you not doing something for one second, just so they can feed their egos by scoulding you. The CSR Dept has no real knowledge of the parts they sell, most of their concern is office politics, which creates a hostile and unhealthy work enviorment. The hours are horrible as you work either 8-5, or 9-6, with no 15 min breaks, only a one hour lunch. Pay is minimum,and your hard work will go un-noticed. Management will only speak to you to scould you. You wont even get a Good morning or a Hello.
