Pros

I have been working at Automation Hero for a while, and it has been an incredible experience. From the moment I joined, I felt welcomed and supported by the entire team. Automation Hero truly cares about its employees, and it shows in its company culture. One of the best aspects is the support and recognition from management. My supervisor and colleagues are always ready to provide feedback, guidance, and recognition for a job well done. It's truly motivating to work in an environment where my contributions are valued and appreciated. The company also encourages work-life balance and provides flexible working arrangements, which has been incredibly beneficial for maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

Cons

It's true that there have been some challenges with turnover in certain departments (specifically Sales). However, I believe that the company has the potential to address and improve this issue. The company values employee input through exit interviews and regular check-ins, which shows a commitment to improving retention rates.

Pros

It's a hot market, especially with the growing interest around ChatGPT. There's a lot of opportunity for growth - even in an economic downturn, companies will be looking for ways to cut operational spending or find new revenue streams, which automation, AI and document processing can all help with. As a relatively small company, we all have the ability to directly contribute to Automation Hero's growth and success. It's incredibly rewarding to see your contributions at work and know that you're making a difference. My colleagues are very smart and driven, which makes it fun to collaborate with and work alongside. It's super cool to work with people from all over the world with incredible experience that they're bringing to the table.

Cons

It's a fast-paced environment but that's typical of any startup. If anything, I have been challenged to constantly innovate and think outside the box. We're competing against companies that have more resources and brand recognition, but we're relatively new on the scene. I think of this more of an opportunity to show the market why they should pay attention to us. Plus, we're still nimble and can react faster to market changes, customer input, etc. as we don't have all of the red tape that bigger companies have.

"As a relatively small company, we all have the ability to directly contribute to Automation Hero's growth and success. It's incredibly rewarding to see your contributions at work and know that you're making a difference." This quote really illustrates what we hear often - people at Automation Hero like to have an impact! Thank you for the specific feedback and descriptions you offered. We also hear that the transparency this company has is very unique - many employees say they have never worked at a company with this level of transparency. We take it seriously that everyone here is an adult and can handle hearing the truth - we believe that transparency is also an invitation to dig in and maintain our areas of strengths and collectively fix areas of struggle.
