Cons
Many people who work here last about a year before they realize that the entire thing is a sham. I feel the core business model is really that the CEO is an incredibly likeable guy who can sell anything to anyone. That being said, not a lot of what is sold actually exists in meaningful capacity. Leads of research and development also rarely know what they're talking about, and have more ability to talk than actually guide implementation. Company likes to hire fresh college grads for cheap and let them slap together anything without regard for good development practice. Senior software development is very unlikeably and frankly bad at their jobs.
