Through the higher turn over rate & the questionable hires come and go, the people who are there to grow and have the motivation to become leaders and build their seniority are always cool people to work with and be around. It'll make the days go by faster then it seems.

Cons

If you can't handle working in Alberta's strange climate this place ain't for you.
