Great Pay, great benefits, great position. If you enjoy the back end of customer service, digging and logistics this would be a great fit

Cons

There's a new process everyday. A lot of times management has a lack of communication and things are often unorganized. Managers don't know how to talk to their people or manage effectively for that manner
