      Pros

      You can work when you want (well not exactly that) but you have 2 scheduled days off. Your first day off they pay you over time and your second day off you get paid double time and any hours worked past 8 hours you get paid over time. Break every 2 hours and a 30 min unpaid lunch.

      Cons

      Mad hours. Especially being a rail loader. The schedule hours are 7-330 pm, but it’s really until the job is done. If we have 36 train cars (empty) with a crew of at least 5-6 loaders it can be done in 9-10 hours, but if it’s 36 train cars and 36 offloads that’s where it gets bad, because you have to offload the cars on the train( including un chalking the tires, then have to drive them off the train on the top and bottom it’s a double level train then you have to load them. So one track loading and unloading can take 2-3 hours and after that you still have 30 rail cars too offload and load.

      You will only get in trouble here if you report an incident.

      Cons

      Toxic environment. Cliche based social structure. Are you one of the "cool kids?" if not, dont bother to work here.
