Thank you for taking the time to share a review, even a difficult one. I’ll be direct: Autosoft is succeeding today because of the strength, alignment, and dedication of the team that shows up every day ready to move this company forward. Previous leadership had zero fiscal discipline, and all decisions were ego driven at the expense of the team and Autosoft. How Glassdoor allows the same person to continue posting negative reviews about the success of Autosoft is baffling. The reality inside Autosoft today is very different from the picture you’ve painted, but that would require you to have a pulse on the organization as a whole and stop being consumed with being right. Your narrative has created an extremely toxic culture for years which has drastically changed over the past 18 months. Morale is the highest it has ever been, and engagement is very strong. From enhanced benefits to increased career-building opportunities and a work environment that encourages growth, accountability, and collaboration, we are seeing sustainable growth! The company’s performance is the strongest it has been in decades, and we’re positioned for continued gains thanks to the hard work of people who are committed to progress, not pessimism or people being consumed with being “right” with zero business acumen. I encourage anyone looking at Autosoft, or anyone reflecting on their time here, to compare where we stand now to where we were just 24 months ago. The transformation is undeniable.
