They had MULTIPLE UX designers come and go in one year, because of the toxic environment the UX management made. Everything that can be toxic is in this company ESP with UX management. -Political Environment -extreme micro management -No control over any design decisions -A boss that will demand for a lot and not appreciate anything I and the other UX designers that let go were so disturbed by this position that we questioned our career and our ability. Fortunately, after this I was able to move on and have a good company that valued me and promoted me on my work ethic so I realized it's not me
