There has been an enormous shift in the culture at Autosoft, the turnover due to the ever changing mind of the CEO is baffling. Numerous Directors have been replaced and promised an amazing opportunity to shape the culture and their teams. These directors are quickly notified that that is not the case. If you are hired in a leadership role, you must act quickly to make changes that the CEO likes in order to stay in his good graces. This is an impossible task. The company has become an environment of hostility amongst peers due to the secret meetings and the enjoyment of drama from HR and leadership. The company tries to lure you in with promises of a great opportunity however they make drastic changes behind the scenes that affect the daily lives of the employees. The culture used to be full of adults, now everyone is out to get the other in order to save their jobs and not be the next target. This shift is caused by the small mindedness of the CEO- who believes he is the next Steve Jobs and HR who comes with a manufacturing thought process in a SaaS environment, meaning it is doomed to fail.
