Very high productivity rate. A lot of attention is paid to not developing technical debt. The code base is constantly refactored and always improving. The developer tool set is constantly evolving. A lot of opportunity to work with the latest in technology. Project planning is realistic and large amount of overtime common in many other shops is not required to succeed here.
Cons
West Middlesex is a friendly small town atmosphere. Many employees commute in from other larger surrounding areas. If you are coming from a larger city you may have a longer commute or find the area a bit lacking in excitement or variety of things to do in your off hours. The housing market is more reasonable here than the larger surrounding cities but nicer rental apartments are more difficult to find and you could find yourself on a waiting list for several months waiting for a higher end apartment.
