There are some good folks that work there. Pay is decent and generous PTO.
Cons
If you work at this company, be prepared for a lot of unnecessary stress due to a very toxic work environment. The culture here is extremely negative and abusive. There is a lot of micromanagement and massive layoffs at least every six months, sometimes more frequently. It leaves the remaining workers scrambling to fill in gaps and take on additional responsibilities. Additionally, anyone who wasn't laid off in that batch of layoffs is always worried they may be next. That doesn't provide a lot of confindence and job security. The company is extremely reactive and not proactive. Constantly striving to keep the lights on. Very little innovation-actually probably no innovation. I strongly recommend reconsidering working here. If you decide to take a job here, you will find out very quickly how poorly managed this company is.
