Pros
Working under the Cox umbrella has been pleasant. There are tremendous benefits and perks (WFH opportunities one to two days a week depending on department, quality medical, good pay, generally enjoyable environment. I would highly advise you to try and work for one of the Cox owned subsidiaries, but be prepared to have to do some political tap dancing at Autotrader to move up and forward.
Cons
Still a bit of a political system in some departments in regards to promotions and new hires, and it's starting to take it's toll with major department attrition to other positions in different departments and different companies under the Cox umbrella
