Pros
Working at Auzmor I have been allowed and unprecedented amount of freedom to do my job, how I choose, and also with a flexible schedule. As long as the work gets done, management is very open and relaxed. Rarely have I worked with an organization that respects my abilities and opinions like at Auzmor. If I have a suggestion on how something should be done, or a new initiative we should look into, I am generally always allowed to pursue that avenue and--if it proves viable--we implement it as a whole. In that vein, the freedom and respect given allows me to be creative, innovative, and productive. Since I started at Auzmor the company has asked me to develop new skills and expertise, and I have always been allowed an appropriate amount of time to do so as well as the leeway to make an occasional mistake along the way. Overall, Auzmor is a growing and exciting new company that encourages innovation and creativity from it's employees. I am happy to be working here.
Cons
As is the nature with start-ups, we are often moving very quickly. Projects need to be done yesterday, and tomorrow the next project is already late. Mistakes are certainly allowed, but if you aren't used to a truly "fast-paced" environment, you could struggle to adapt.
