      Great team and every day is different. If you can handle customer service and different personalities, the job feels rewarding.

      It doesn’t feel like there is room for growth. Always trying to do more with less.

      Company culture makes you really appreciate where you work. I definitely agree that is the "people" at AVB that make it great.

      Cons

      Have to be in the office 4 days a week.
