Pay and benefits and lots of support from management when needed

Cons

No further options to grow with the company where I lived. There were only call center jobs and no properties near me.

Company culture makes you really appreciate where you work. I definitely agree that is the "people" at AVB that make it great.

Cons

Have to be in the office 4 days a week.
