This company is also extremely focused on metrics. If you do not make numbers go up, they will consider you useless, and that will be reflected in your salary. Doesn't matter if the residents LOVE you.
For Concierge - You will be terminated immediately if you take a tip. This sounds insane, but after they hire you, they make you sign something saying that you don't want your legally-required breaks. Doesn't matter if you work for 16 hours straight, you are NEVER allowed to leave the desk for any time longer than 15 minutes.
