Pros
Associate empowerment, concern for employees well being, extensive training, Company name is awesome leverage on your resume. Very easy to feel apart of a team effort, investment in a long term career. You are always in the know about company progression and performance.
Cons
It's about who you know, not pure talent. Associate advancement is mapped out months in advance, so if you are not on the current road map your turn will pass. If you are not a suck up, promotions may not come as easy.
