      Pros

      Plenty of opportunities to transfer to different locations; plenty of opportunities to network with other co-workers; very structured once you start doing the job; they give back to the community through volunteering. It's a good place to get your feet wet in this industry.

      Cons

      Promotions based on who you know not what you know or how hard you work. Not enough training or guidance in the beginning.

      Pros

      Company culture makes you really appreciate where you work. I definitely agree that is the "people" at AVB that make it great.

      Cons

      Nothing really... sometimes it is a bit of a struggle to wear so many hats.
