      Pros

      Too many to list all, but good benefits, tons of promotion opportunities, well paying, most communities are very personal and professional.

      Cons

      Getting stuck with entry level co-workers who have no drive/desire to better themselves and do just enough not to get fired. Office team tend to hold themselves as superiors to the maintenance team instead of co-workers. Extremely hard to be at full manning. Lack of on-call compensation, don't even get time and a half at times.

      Pros

      Company culture makes you really appreciate where you work. I definitely agree that is the "people" at AVB that make it great.

      Cons

      Nothing really... sometimes it is a bit of a struggle to wear so many hats.
