      - Little to no time off - Residential Services did not immediately receive the opportunity to work remotely but corporate did during a pandemic

      Company culture makes you really appreciate where you work. I definitely agree that is the "people" at AVB that make it great.

      Cons

      Nothing really... sometimes it is a bit of a struggle to wear so many hats.
