Pros

The thing that I like the best is the people I work with and that every day is something new

Cons

I will be honest and say I didn’t always feel like It was a boys club, but I’ve noticed something over the past few years and it’s that a number of women have been passed up for promotions on Long Island and given to men who are much less experienced and are much less qualified. If experienced females are being passed up for promotions why would any female who works around them think they will be able to move up in the company. Raises are not given unless you get promoted and the only way a qualified female is getting is if there are no males from the region applying for the same position.
