      Pros

      Nice work environment due to resent renovations. Avalonbay offers their employees free soft drinks along with tea and coffee.

      Cons

      A lot of the tenured associates walk around feeling a since of low morale due to not being able to have a voice when it comes to possible improvements that could make the work flow smoother. Also it can be very frustrating because you never get a job descriptions of your day to day job so what you do can change in an instant and they don’t compensate well.

      Company culture makes you really appreciate where you work. I definitely agree that is the "people" at AVB that make it great.

      Cons

      Nothing really... sometimes it is a bit of a struggle to wear so many hats.
