Overworked and underpaid. Why hire more employees when you can just squeeze the ones you currently have? You might think you’re getting paid a competitive rate, but I promise that you are not. I’m a college educated individual who felt absolutely no opportunity for growth. Not to mention these companies are systematically gentrifying and pricing out low income families all over the country.
