      Career growth opportunites in the company. The environment is friendly and fun, while working hard to achieve company goals.

      Cons

      Training is lenghty for new associates. They woudl rather get hands on experience.

      Company culture makes you really appreciate where you work. I definitely agree that is the "people" at AVB that make it great.

      Cons

      Nothing really... sometimes it is a bit of a struggle to wear so many hats.
