      Learned a lot of different work skills that I will take with me anywhere I go.

      Cons

      I didn't like the fact that my days off are split. Also, that I communte between 4 different properties.

      Pros

      Company culture makes you really appreciate where you work. I definitely agree that is the "people" at AVB that make it great.

      Cons

      Nothing really... sometimes it is a bit of a struggle to wear so many hats.
