      Over fifteen years with this company and I'm hoping to retire here. This group is my second family.

      Bonuses taken away for hourly associates. Hoping they get reinstated.

      Company culture makes you really appreciate where you work. I definitely agree that is the "people" at AVB that make it great.

      Cons

      Nothing really... sometimes it is a bit of a struggle to wear so many hats.
