      Pros

      The people I work with are fantastic. Very smart, dedicated and friendly. The work is interesting and engaging. The company and senior management cares about its associates - more than just lip service. Senior management is top notch. I have full faith in the direction of the company.

      Cons

      We use Lotus Notes instead of Microsoft Office! We'll likely move off Notes within the next 3-4 years but that will be a painful process. Information can be heavily siloed here and good information exchange can be lacking sometimes.

      Pros

      Company culture makes you really appreciate where you work. I definitely agree that is the "people" at AVB that make it great.

      Cons

      Nothing really... sometimes it is a bit of a struggle to wear so many hats.
