      Pros

      This is a "make it happen" company that won't be boxed in. I learned a lot, gave a lot, and made some friends for life.

      Cons

      Worked many, many hours - needed additional head count to sustain pace of growth and improvements.

      Pros

      Company culture makes you really appreciate where you work. I definitely agree that is the "people" at AVB that make it great.

      Cons

      Nothing really... sometimes it is a bit of a struggle to wear so many hats.
