Thank you for your review and radical candor. AvalonBay has implemented a hybrid work model for most office associates that was based on feedback from our associates and business needs. We have heard from many associates that they enjoy the balance and flexibility of working from home certain days and collaborating in the office other days. We understand that this model may not suit everyone, and we encourage you to have discussions with your Manager or your HR Manager about ways to improve your experience at AvalonBay. Relative to compensation, we conduct annual reviews of our compensation ranges to ensure they remain competitive and aligned with the market.
