- many employees are hard to work with and you will carry their weight - management is spread very thin so prepare to deal with escalations on your own - residents differ depending on the complex, but are commonly unreasonable and will berate you for any reason - they launched a new plan called "neighborhood" where instead of working at one place, you have to "help out" other communities multiple times a week. -This has failed at many communities, many, many other employees hate it, and it makes residents angry for not knowing who to reach out to, and they will take it out on you. - bonuses are nice but hourly pay is very low (most consultants cannot afford the apartments they are selling) - many long-term employees are trapped because they got apartments when the price was low and with the discount they can't afford to leave and are now stuck working for the company. - workload is intense and demanding
