Pros

A very good company to work for. Manager(s) were great people and showed a willingness to help associates. Always available to their employee's and very knowledgeable about services and products.

Cons

Very little family and work balance.

Pros

Company culture makes you really appreciate where you work. I definitely agree that is the "people" at AVB that make it great.

Cons

Nothing really... sometimes it is a bit of a struggle to wear so many hats.
