      I have so many great things to say about Avalon. You can really tell how much they care for their employees. The work culture is amazing!

      Cons

      Pay could be a bit better but it’s not bad at all.

      Pros

      Company culture makes you really appreciate where you work. I definitely agree that is the "people" at AVB that make it great.

      Cons

      Nothing really... sometimes it is a bit of a struggle to wear so many hats.
