      I have worn many hats at this company through the years, and from those hats gained knowledge and experience from different departments. I consider myself blessed, and I love sharing that with associates both new and old.

      Cons

      The cons are always open for discussion. That is what I love about AVB - They will hear you out and if reasonable work with you on a solution.

      Pros

      Company culture makes you really appreciate where you work. I definitely agree that is the "people" at AVB that make it great.

      Cons

      Nothing really... sometimes it is a bit of a struggle to wear so many hats.
