      A real positive culture and associate appreciation. I feel like they care about me as an individual. Great work life balance and opportunities to promote up. They always promote internally.

      Cons

      It's a big company so sometimes change can be slow. But the company is always trying to improve.

      Pros

      Company culture makes you really appreciate where you work. I definitely agree that is the "people" at AVB that make it great.

      Cons

      Nothing really... sometimes it is a bit of a struggle to wear so many hats.
