      Pros

      Often times the work was pretty enjoyable and most of the people I worked with were great.

      Cons

      The pay is extremely low and there was quite a bit of turnover while I was there, which was due to the low pay. Also, you're only offered 10 days of vacation which is one of the reasons why I left, Vacation only goes up to 15 days per year once you're with the company for 5 years.

      Pros

      Company culture makes you really appreciate where you work. I definitely agree that is the "people" at AVB that make it great.

      Cons

      Nothing really... sometimes it is a bit of a struggle to wear so many hats.
