      The company is growing which creates opportunities but it can slow certain decisions or processes but the culture outweighs this con.

      Company culture makes you really appreciate where you work. I definitely agree that is the "people" at AVB that make it great.

      Cons

      Nothing really... sometimes it is a bit of a struggle to wear so many hats.
