      Pros

      Decent benefits, but could be better. Culture is generally pretty good.

      Cons

      Some managers are great. Some are lazy and should not be managers. Very corporate. Always making changes for the company to make more money. Doesn’t seem like Avalon cares about the employees anymore. Moving more and more towards technology - not in the best way. Other companies pay more. Not very flexible schedule-wise.

      Pros

      Company culture makes you really appreciate where you work. I definitely agree that is the "people" at AVB that make it great.

      Cons

      Nothing really... sometimes it is a bit of a struggle to wear so many hats.
