      Pros

      Communication between management and employees is very good, expectations for performance and success are well laid out, hours were consistent with a prompt clock-in, clock-out philosophy, team-building events were frequent.

      Cons

      I was told that regardless of how well I did, I would have to sit in my entry level position for at least 5 years. Many sales reps left because of this long wait to move up in the company, as I did.

      Pros

      Company culture makes you really appreciate where you work. I definitely agree that is the "people" at AVB that make it great.

      Cons

      Nothing really... sometimes it is a bit of a struggle to wear so many hats.
