Pros
I've had the pleasure to work for AvalonBay Communities, Inc. for the past ten years and I'm proud to say I couldn't be happier with what I have been able to accomplish. AvalonBay definitely gives their employees the tools to seek promotional opportunities. People easily forget that it's up to the individual to continuously put themselves in positions to succeed and grow within any company. Like any career, nothing will be handed to you. You need to work hard to earn it. I've had the pleasure to personally promote many employees, which highlights AvalonBay's proven track record of promoting from within. If you're looking for a career in Sales, Customer Service, Maintenance, or Management, AvalonBay's Residential Services Department is definitely something to consider.
