      I love Avanlonbay. I have been employed with them for close to 10 years and have had nothing but a positive work experience with them. Management is supportive and caring, co-workers are fun, CEO is awesome. Keep up the great work.

      Pros

      Company culture makes you really appreciate where you work. I definitely agree that is the "people" at AVB that make it great.

      Cons

      Nothing really... sometimes it is a bit of a struggle to wear so many hats.
