      Avalon is a company that values their employees. The pay is great. most importantly there is a strong line of communication between the employees and management.

      Company culture makes you really appreciate where you work. I definitely agree that is the "people" at AVB that make it great.

      Cons

      Nothing really... sometimes it is a bit of a struggle to wear so many hats.
