      My team is great and the benefits are nice

      Cons

      More work keeps getting added and corporate seems to think adding more tech will help reduce the workload and stress but it makes it worse. Supervisors are doing their jobs and the jobs of managers but not getting paid for the additional work.

      Pros

      Company culture makes you really appreciate where you work. I definitely agree that is the "people" at AVB that make it great.

      Cons

      Nothing really... sometimes it is a bit of a struggle to wear so many hats.
