      Work environment is great! Everyone is friendly and very few instances, if any at all, of micromanaging. Very understanding of work life balances.

      Cons

      Career growth is possible but is very limited.

      Company culture makes you really appreciate where you work. I definitely agree that is the "people" at AVB that make it great.

      Cons

      Nothing really... sometimes it is a bit of a struggle to wear so many hats.
