      Pros

      The staff works well together. The pay is good. PTO accumulates fairly quickly. The computer system point click care is easy to use.

      Cons

      High turnover rate. Some of the management staff don't help out. Continously running out of supplies to be able to do your job. Procedure change constantly due to frequent changes in management.
