Pros
starting pay is high for many, scheduling is pretty flexible, coworkers are there to commiserate with, management is approachable, benefits are decent
Cons
annual raises are laughable. when building occupancy is low, hours get cut to save money with no regard from management as to how it effects employees or patients (youre still expected to get 40 hrs of work done when youre only allowed to work 32 hours.) management is full of rich yuppies or entitled new college grads who have never had to work a real job or worry about money. everything is done to save money, cut costs. patients laughed at by management behind closed doors. dangerous cost cutting measures in place.
