      Pros

      The floor staff shows pride in their work and spends time getting to know their residents. The company is renovating and updating their buildings and it's great to see investment in the older buildings.

      Cons

      Con's are what usually is typical in a healthcare setting. Sometimes there's low staffing, or there are weeks when census is low.
